The Post Barn, Snelsmore Common, Newbury, RG14 3AL
The Post Barn is located in Snelsmore Common, near Newbury, RG14 3AL. Nestled in the beautiful Berkshire countryside. Conveniently, it’s just a 10-minute drive from Newbury town centre and approximately 15 minutes from Junction 13 of the M4.

The Post Barn has its own car park with plenty of spaces, including dedicated disability access for your convenience.

The Post Barn is just a 2-minute drive from the Donnington Valley Hotel, which owns the venue and offers the most convenient accommodation. The hotel has its own dedicated car park, and transport is available to transport guests between the hotel and The Post Barn.
We have secured a complimentary rate for the night of our wedding for 30 rooms, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please use this link to make a booking directly with the hotel:

If you would like to stay at the Donnington Valley Hotel the night before (5th November) and would like to keep the same room. Please contact the reservations team directly.
Alternatively, Newbury offers a variety of nearby hotels, including the DoubleTree by Hilton Newbury North, Travelodge, and the Premier Inn Newbury Town Centre.
PLEASE NOTE: There will not be an opportunity to check-in to the hotel during the wedding day. Guests staying at the Donnington Valley Hotel will need to park their vehicle at the hotel. Guests will either need to check-in before the ceremony, or after the party.
There will be a taxi/golf buggy (weather dependent) to shuttle guests between the Post Barn and the Donnington at the start of the day and at the end of the evening
